Is a long term arts project which express through voice, sound and song, the memory and experiences of a number of tower block communities across Dublin as they have to live the transition of a major urban regeneration initiatives. Tower songs is a collaborative community art practice, exploring how artists, community development leaders and communities might work together in the context of a changing city. The project reflects both local experience and city wide implications of its work from the outset by connecting the story of tower blocks in Dublin to similar stories in other cities in Europe and elsewhere.
